• Vincent Philippe

    Leisure and Culture

    Manager

    France

Graduated from a double degree in engineering and architecture from the Ecole Centrale de Lille and the Politecnico di Milano, Vincent Philippe has fifteen years of experience in managing complex projects in multi-actor contexts. His professional career led him to first evolve in the sector of urban planning and urban development, in Greater Paris area and then in Bordeaux.

Born in the same decade as the first major French entertainment infrastructures, Vincent has been passionate about the world of leisure, attractions and theme parks since childhood. In 2017, noting that the subject of leisure in the city is not sufficiently covered, he created funfaircity.fr, the first monitoring and analysis observatory devoted to the subject and which has since become a reference among the local authorities, the land and real estate developers and the leisure operators. Vincent then produced several publications, conferences and webinars on the subject and began a few study missions on urban leisure.

In 2022, Vincent joined Voltere as a Leisure and Culture consultant. He then continued his monitoring work and the analysis of “leisure” trends in order to contribute to the invention of the leisure activities and destinations of tomorrow. He works on study, consulting and support missions, on marketing and economic aspects and on R&D with Leisure Factory. On each project, he is keen to work with as much of this still intact childhood passion as of the professionalism acquired over the years.
