A graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg and Paris, Thierry Lacroix worked for 13 years in project management at OPAC du Rhône, at Lyon Confluence, and then as an operations director at EPORA and a real estate director for the Rhone Department. In this context, he has gained valuable expertise in site conversion and development operations.

He is a specialist in setting up development projects and land policies, and is particularly involved in assisting in the management of major projects and in providing expertise on contractual, financial and regulatory set-up of real estate operations.

He joined EGIS Conseil in 2011, where he is now Deputy Director and heads the Urban department. He oversees the project management portfolio for institutional investors (private funds, Caisse des Dépôts, Crédit Agricole, etc.), operators or on behalf of States and local authorities in France, Belgium, Senegal, Polynesia, etc. He also chairs Phénix SAS, a joint company of EGIS and the Caisse des Dépôts, created for the conversion of complex sites.
