    Holding a Masters in Tourism and Hotel Management from IREST (University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne), Philippe Doizelet has over 30 years of experience in the field of tourism real estate, both in France and abroad. Philippe Doizelet initially worked as a consultant for Horwath & Horwath and then KPMG for 5 years, before joining the Accor group for 10 years.  He joined Horwath HTL France as a Partner when the firm was founded in 2006. In 2020, Horwath HTL France became Voltere (member of the Egis Group), and Philippe Doizelet continues to head the firm’s Hospitality Division as a Managing Partner.

    An expert in hotel market and feasibility studies, he has managed numerous development strategies for international hotel brands and groups, both in France and abroad. He has also developed specific skills in due diligence and financial evaluations. He has extensive experience in the legal, tax and financial set-up of operations and often acts in support of project holders (proposal preparation, operating forecasts, financing plans, investor search, etc.). Philippe Doizelet has also developed expertise in the feasibility of large resorts combining hotels, serviced accommodation, real estate and leisure facilities (golf courses, marinas, etc.). He has over 300 references in the field of project management assistance, operational consulting for operator search and hotel feasibility (hotels and restaurants). Philippe Doizelet is regularly invited to speak at international hotel conferences and is a member of ISHC and RICS. Areas of expertise :
