Graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institut with a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, followed by a master’s degree in international hotel management from EM Lyon, his career has been enriched by several operational experiences in renowned groups such as Barrière and Club Med. He has also had the opportunity to conduct more strategic international projects for various players in the hotel-restaurant sector. He has a multi-skilled profile in both the hotel and Food & Beverages sectors.
Matys PACQUELET joined Voltere by Egis in September 2024 and works mainly on hotel market and feasibility studies in France and abroad.
