Education
Ghalia holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School, with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Data Science, following preparatory classes at Lycée Hoche in Versailles. She is also a recipient of the France Excellence Major scholarship.

Experience
She joined Voltere by Egis in 2025 as a Junior Analyst, before advancing to the role of Consultant. She works on opportunity and feasibility studies in the fields of hospitality, managed real estate, and tourism, covering market analysis, financial modeling, and operator and investor sourcing.

Before that, she worked at the Accor Group on hotel development and investor strategy projects, and at the startup The Oasis House, where she contributed to the opening of several guesthouses and supported the brand’s operational and commercial structuring.

She is particularly interested in the experiential dimension of hospitality, and in how hospitality spaces can be designed as true living environments that foster connection, usage, and well-being.
