An expert in CSR applied to the tourism and real estate sector, Marie began her career in consulting. She joined the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group in 2005 to develop and implement the CSR strategy for all the Group’s activities and brands (site development and operation), in France and abroad : definition of strategic commitments, implementation and management of reporting, operational implementation through the introduction of the environmental management system and the deployment of environmental certification programs (ISO 14001, label Clef Vert, HQE, DGNB, One Planet Living), product innovation and customer experience, corporate philanthropy policy through the creation of the Corporate Foundation. She applies this strategy to major tourism development projects such as Villages Nature Paris. In addition to her technical skills, she assists projects by setting up local governance to monitor commitments and facilitate dialogue with stakeholders. Since 2020, she heads Egis Conseil’s “Transitions” division, which includes energy, climate and environmental expertise.
