After graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Salomé completed a Master’s degree at ESCP Business School, specializing in international project management. She has gained experience in operational and opening project management and hotel development. Salomé has worked for international hotel groups such as Accor and IHG, and has developed a solid knowledge of the hotel sector.

Salomé Dadoun joined Voltere by Egis in November 2023 and mainly contributes to hotel market and feasability studies in France and Africa. She has a good knowledge of all steps involved in the implementation of a hotel program, from study phase (market and site study, product recommendations, pre-programming, financial feasability) trough to operator and investor search phase, including project set-up.
