After completing a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, Thomas followed a Master of Science in Hospitality and Real Estate from ESCP Business School. He first gained operational experience in France and abroad in luxury hotels, before working in the development team at Adagio.

This allowed him to develop a solid knowledge of the hotel and para-hotel industry in France and abroad.

Thomas joined Voltere as a hotel consultant in Paris in October 2023, and mainly contributes to hotel market and feasibility studies, in France and West Africa, but also on hotel development strategy studies.
