    With an operational background, Julien Braconnier has nearly 20 years of experience in the hotel industry. He started his career at Club Med, then held management positions in hotel and property management groups at Aegide/Domitys & Choice Hotels International before moving on to International development and acquisitions at Fattal Hotel and NIPA Capital. His specific skills are financials perfomance management, M&A, quality and brand standards, analysis and asset management.

    In 2023, he joined Voltere as Senior Manager of the Hotel and Real Estate business line, and carried out hotel development studies as project manager and then director, in France and International.
